Annie is coming to Shreveport Jan 13-16 & 21-23
During the Great Depression in New York City, a plucky red-haired scrapper named Annie (played by ,Leah Thompson) is the voice of hope for her fellow orphans who live under the supervision of drunken Miss Hannigan (played by Virginia Walker). One day, the dingy orphanage is visited by the sophisticated Grace Farrell (played by Tiffani Maddox), personal secretary to conservative politician Oliver Warbucks (played by Rocky Maddox). In order to improve his image, Grace brings Annie to the Warbucks estate for a weeklong visit where Annie quickly wins the hearts of servants and politicians alike. With classic tunes from the Broadway show, Peter Pan Players production of ANNIE is sure to win your heart too! Join us at the Performing Arts Center for this New Year treat.
