I alternate between both – I try and towel dry my hair as much as possible and just finish off with the dryer on low so I dont ruin my hair. I always use the cool down button for a minute afterwards.

Towel, hair dryers are bad for your hair if you use them a lot.
Unless you have crazy styled hair, and it would look like crap if you didn’t dry it. THEN use a hairdryer.
I just air-dry mine.
towel is less damaging for the hair, but if you’re in a rush to get it dry, towel it off as much as you can, then use the hair dryer.
