@superTruth77 I think your sister is very lucky that she was not arrested and charged with ABH and GBH pouring freshly boiled kettle over the womans head could have actually killed that women – regardless of whether she was being a pain or not. I think the managers were right not too support your sister. She is lucky they never called the police.
My 22YO sister is a qualified hairdresser & beautician, but was recently dismissed from her job at a high-street salon- UNFAIRLY, in my opinion.
She was being criticised & insulted by a client (a rich, horrible woman in her 40s) while washing her hair over the sink. Understandably annoyed, she got the freshly boiled kettle & emptied the contents over the woman’s head! Yes, there were some burns to her scalp (minor injuries) but I thought managers were supposed to support their employees?
